Domino Server has a computerized database of the automatic exclusion mechanism, which is controlled by Log = record in the notes.ini file. If your server does not have such a record of 7 days is used by default move apart, so you’ll always have an automated process transfers on the ground.I would also note that the deletion log running this option, in fact, all collected at the same time. Don’t overwrite free space
This feature has not changed over the past few years, Lotus Notes and Domino Version. If you uncheck the box, then when the deleted files, Lotus Notes will be the actual cover, and not just the data pointer bit data. Our goal is to make the data recoverable. Don’t maintain unread marks.
If check this option in database properties, unread marks will not be tracked in your application regardless of the settings you have for each view. I’m used to track the time client_clock enabled database and I can see that I was surprised. For large application (about 20 GB with 200,000 documents), my Notes client could open the database in about five seconds without unread marks, including network traffic. With unread marks turned on, I had to wait an additional six seconds or more. This additional time was spent in GET_UNREAD_NOTE_TABLE and RCV_UNREAD. With unread marks turned off, these calls aren’t made.

Minimize Deletion Stubs
In a Lotus Notes Database that gets archived frequently, or that has a large number of “temporary” documents that get removed on a scheduled basis, you can keep your Lotus Notes Database lean by reducing the number of deletion stubs it maintains.
You can use the “Remove Documents Not Modified in Last X Days” property, set in the database replication options to minimize deletion stubs in Lotus Notes Databases with a lot of deletions. Deletion stubs get purged at about one half the number of days specified in this setting, regardless of whether or not the setting is active

When you upgrade a Domino server sometime the installation will fail with the error:
c:\lotus\domino\js32.dll error number -115
If you have tools to determine what process is using that DLL, you may notice that the WINLOGON process is the one using the DLL. But you can’t really kill the WINLOGON process and expect your server to operate properly, and without killing the process, you can’t delete, move, or rename the JS32.DLL file.
