Restructure means:
1. Building a new environment of SharePoint 2007 (able to take advantage of all the news)
2. Migrate data or content (documents, lists, pages, etc..) in a transit
3. Transfer the contents to the new and renovated SharePoint 2007 environment
4. Manage and update policies redirects paths (URLs)

Microsoft today said the plans to offer a variety of data analysis and Tools transferred aim of luring customers of rival IBM Lotus Notes e – mail system software that allows your own business and collaborate on projects via the Web.
Both Microsoft and IBM are vying for supremacy in the $ 2800 million Tor organizations with collaboration tools such as e – mail and electronic calendar and Web publishing project management.
Each company wants to have the leading role in determining how Web services will work together in the future.
Analysts agree that Microsoft has added momentum in more than a decade old battle between Exchange and Lotus Notes to win the lion’s share of the market e – mail the company.

We’d just been told we had four months to test and implement a major Notes upgrade for 3,000 users. I’d read the first 50 pages of documentation and was hyperventilating as I tried to explain to Mark what we were up against.
The people on site were accustomed to opening their mail from any workstation that was handy. Further complicating things, some machines were configured to connect to the network with generic IDs, meaning some regular mail users had never logged into the network as themselves. And now Notes wanted a “one user, one workstation” mode. The nervous tic at my eye extended to meet one at the corner of my mouth, for a Texas-style hoe-down.
